Most projects do not fit neatly in one box. A rotted post might turn into a rebuilt railing, a tired deck might deserve a pergola. Tell Levi what is bothering you about the space and he will suggest the solution that fits the house, the budget, and the coast.
Every project starts the same way: a conversation, a site visit, and a written scope before any material is ordered.
How Levi works- Design and build from one person. No handoff between the person who plans the work and the person who does it.
- Materials chosen for salt air and sun. Species, composites, hardware, and finishes picked for North County conditions.
- Repair before replacement. If what you have can be saved well, that is the first option on the table.
- Clean site, clear communication. Protected landscaping, honest timelines, and care notes when the work is done.
